I am a senior Transformation and Programme Management leader with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex programmes across Telecommunications and Financial Services. Throughout my career, I have led multi-hundred-million EUR transformation initiatives spanning network modernisation, ERP implementation, HR and Finance transformation, and AI-driven digital innovation.
